Our Six Step Water Purification System:
1) Activated Charcoal Filter: This removes bad tastes and odors, some microbacteria, chlorine and some organic and inorganic contaminants.
2) lon Exchange Water Softener: This step removes minerals like calcium and magnesium which are the cause of hard water and conditions the water for step 4.
3) Five Micron Fibre Filter: This removes all suspended particles that are larger than 5 microns from the water prior to its entering the R.O. system.
4) Reverse Osmosis System: This removes 98.7% of ALL remaining impurities. The purified water is sent from here to a holding tank for further processing.
5) Ozonation: Ozonation is used to keep the purified water at a "zero" bacteria level while in storage waiting to be bottled. Hours after bottling, the Ozone simply breaks down into oxygen.
6) Ultra-Violet Light: The ultra-violet light maintains the integrity of our water and insure against bacterial contaminants entering the water during the bottling stage.
We test our water daily and also have water tested by an independent laboratory. |
