First - What is the "Old Way"?
The way it's done today is the "Old Way" - there is no compensation to sellers from realtors who underperform on either Time or on Price.
Not ON Time: If your realtor takes longer to sell your home than they said then it's too bad, so sad. You get no compensation.
Not ON Price: If they sell your home for less than you wanted then again, it's too bad, so sad. You get no compensation.

or you get paid.

Sold in 30 days or you get $100 per day after this.
ON Price
Sold at Your Price or you get $100 per $1000 of the shortfall

Examples
Some conditions apply:
1. Payments are capped at $2,000 or 20% of gross listing commission, whichever is less. For homes sold at $400,000 or higher the $2,000 will likely apply and slightly less than this for lower priced homes. This limit is any combination of the OnTime/OnPrice payouts, if any, and the moving coupon, if used.
2. Payments are only made for homes that are sold and closed using The New Way home selling system offered by Dennis Paradis.
3. Sellers will enter into a separate Payout Agreement that outlines all the terms, limitations and conditions so everyone is clear on the details.
