In appreciation for each successful referral from you, a $500 donation will be made to a charity of your choice or to Toronto Sick Children's Hospital if you do not specify.

Your referral will receive a card indicating that this gift was made on your mutual behalf because you referred them and they decided to use my services to buy or sell their home.

Referrals will be treated with care and diplomacy. I will mention your name as the referring party. In case you wondered: Here is what I usually say when I call your referral:

"Hello, my name is Dennis Paradis. I am a realtor with RE/MAX Hallmark and I was referred to you by (your name). Perhaps he/she has mentioned my name? I understand you are considering (selling/buying). I would appreciate an opportunity to show you how I might be of service to you. Can we meet briefly so you can get to know each other. No cost and no obligation involved.
