Real Estate Forms

These are important forms to understand if you are planning to buy or sell your home.

These forms and their use are complex. The services of a real estate agent and real estate lawyer are essentiaI.

Highly recommended that both Buyers and Sellers know about the different kinds of relationships that can exist between themselves and their "agent" - please read Agency Expained before you list your home or make an offer.

I would be happy to explain these documents to you or answer any specific questions. Contact me at any time at Let's Talk.
