As your free agent, I will inspect your home and take beautiful, full colour, digital pictures of your home to add to your free listing and online brochure on this website. See list of all your free services below. All at no cost to you.
What's the catch?
I simply ask that if you are not successful in selling your home privately and you decide to list on MLS - you agree to take advantage of my services at my listing rate of 2.5% (plus 2.5% for the co-operating broker - buyer side). I will not ask you to sign anything prior to listing with me - we will do all the "free agent services" outlined below on a handshake or an email.

Why am I willing to assume all the time, expense and risk of helping you sell your home privately?
Here is why: About 20% of private sales are successful in getting their home sold privately. So there is an 80% chance that you will be needing my services on this sale. Please believe me when I say that I will be sincerely happy for you if you do sell privately with my help. Yes, I will be happy I was able to help you sell your home. Why? Because I will have had an opportunity to meet you and earn your respect and trust.
Most people buy and sell at least six homes in their lifetime. My hope is that you will think of me the next time you need a good real estate professional. You also will be a potential source of referrals. That's why I do this. I am investing in you and looking for a long term, trusting relationship - not simply a one-time quick sale.
