Exposure is essential to get good Offers and quicker sales - especially when MLS is disallowed by the condo developers (the typical case).
I would like to show you how my service provides maximum exposure for your property.
These exposure engines, as they are called, are vital especially when you cannot use MLS.
Few realtors use all these. I do. They take constant care and updating.
1. Google Adwords - this is a pay per click service (paid by me, not you) and I have spent close to $1000 on some of my listings to get them sold this way.
2. Craigslist- Free but requires effort to keep current.
3.Kijji- free but requires payments to keep your property featured.
4. Propertyworld- international exposure. My current listing of Holland Marsh farmland as an example
5. Prop2Go
6. Zoocasa- very popular site

Syndication- worthy of separate mention, my main website syndicates (shares listings) with over 600 GTA realtors where your listing becomes part of their listing search for their visitors on their websites. This exposure is tracked daily and you get to follow this if you want.
8. Point2Homes– another database for your listing (syndicated from my main website) and is not dependant on being on MLS. Example of a Listing
9. My Assignment Website. Try Googling the words "Condo Assignment" and see who gets on the top of the first page every time. That's how many of my clients find me and that's how buyer's interested in buying an assignment condo can find your condo.

Here are the search results to save you time. I actually appear twice near the top of the page. And note this is without specifying “Toronto” and there are 1.8 million other responses, so first page exposure is great results.

Your listing is shared within the RE/MAX community of agents. In the GTA alone, my brokerage has almost 600 top-producing agents who have a ready-list of buyer clients with specific needs.
