Taking Care of You - One Step at a Time.

Children's Miracle Network - Miracle Home

My small part is to contribute on my client's behalf, both buyers and sellers, a portion of my earnings from each sale to Toronto SickKids Hospital.

Miracle Home
RE/MAX has always been more than selling homes. We believe in giving back to the community. RE/MAX Offices consist of full-time real estate professionals, who live, work and give back to the community in which they serve everyday.

RE/MAX is proud be the exclusive real estate sponsor to the Children's Miracle Network; an international non-profit organization, which consists of 170 children's hospitals providing state of the art, life-saving care 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

The hospitals treat 17 million children each year for every disease and condition imaginable including cancer; pediatric AIDS, muscular dystrophy, sickle cell anemia, birth defects, asthma and accidents.

Supporting Children's Miracle Network hospitals is the most effective way to save the lives of children throughout North America.

Why list your home with a RE/MAX Sales Associate?
Your home will be designated as a "Miracle Home" and your Sales Associate will make a contribution on behalf of the listing and/or sale to the hospital affiliated with the Children's Miracle Network in your area. 100% of the funds raised in your community will remain in your area to benefit children.

Yard Sale for the Cure

My small part will begin this Spring, 2007 on May 26th with my hosting the first annual Yard Sale for the Cure event in Rouge Hill (Toronto East).

The stuff you no longer need will help fund the cure for breast cancer

Yard Sale for the Cure is an organization that raises money for Breast Cancer research and treatment by holding a massive series of Yard Sales in selected neighbourhoods across Canada. In 2005, the inaugural event was held in the Toronto Beaches. It was a huge success, raised $45 000 and brought people together with a great sense of community and purpose. Now a growing number of people from across Canada are taking on this idea and Yard Sale for the Cure will be launched in 28 new communities including Edmonton, Oakville, Lorne Park, Bloor West Village / High Park, Leaside / Victoria Village, Thornhill, The Beaches and Peterborough. We imagine that this will create even greater interest for explosive growth in 2007.

Yard Sale for the Cure will be widely publicized and advertised in each of the communities, so lots of people will be attracted to shop at your Yard Sale. In fact, in 2005 $1.5 million dollars of PR and over $200 thousand in free media was secured to help promote the one event in the Toronto Beaches. We were all pleasantly surprised by how interested the media was in this idea.

Donors will be able to choose one of more of the following charities to direct their donation:
