The first tower is about 95 per cent sold and the second tower is about 60 to 70 per cent sold.
"It's the most successful project we've seen in a long time with respect to sales. You don't normally sell 700 units in three months, even in a red hot market," says Latobesi.
The average buyer is 35 to 49, mostly singles and couples, including first-time buyers and investors.
"Investors know it's something you can't replace. The project has a high energy about it and the location is great. The downtown core is on your doorstep, the financial district is nearby, and you're also close to the lake," says Latobesi.
