The report shows the relative attractiveness of the major TREB districts for rentals of four types:

2. Upper - Detached

3. Condo - 1 Bed

4. Condo - 2 Bed

Not shown in the example are two additional lists sorted by:

1. Upper-Detached highest-to-lowest median rental.

2. Condo - 1 Bed highest-to-lowest median rental.
