It is a good idea to know what your home is worth. It certainly is worth more than last year given the brisk market we have enjoyed for the last few years but just how much more is the big question. I can help you get this information in two ways:

You may just be curious to know how much equity you have in your home right now. This report is good for that purpose.

This more detailed report requires that I visit your home for 30 minutes or more and review your improvements, decor, landscaping, maintenance, and the general condition of your home. I will then compare your home to 3-4 other homes in the same area that have recently sold and make adjustments for differences in features and quality and market growth (time factor) if any.
