- All referrals must be received prior to February 15th, 2010 to be eligible.
- The referral must be to someone interested in buying or selling within 6 months somewhere within the GTA, excluding Mississauga/Peel.
- The referral must be someone who knows you.
- The referral must be someone I can contact and be willing to have a meeting with me (or at least a phone conversation, my choice) prior to February 15th.
- There is no obligation for the referral to hire me as their buyer agent for you to be eligible for the ticket.
- There is no obligation for the referral to buy or sell through my services for you to be eligible for the ticket.
- There is a limit of two tickets per person.
- If contact (meeting or phone - my choice) does not occur for any reason, no ticket will be issued.
- If I make contact after the deadline (my option entirely) then a ticket for the next avialble home show will be awarded.
- If ticket(s) are mailed to you by registered mail and are not received at all or on time, there is no compensation provided.
- Tickets are not for resale.
PLUS - Paying it Forward If your referral does go on to buy or sell their property through my services within 6 months of your referral, then you will be awarded with my Paying it Forward program - A $500.00 donation will be made on you and the referrals names to a charity of your choice.
