  • Certain views have special price premiums
  • Units with Terraces have special premiums
  • GST included in all prices

Parking

1 Parking spot is included in price (except for Laurel Units)

Condo Maintenance Fee

Estimated as $0.48 per square foot per month. Includes:

- Concierge 24/7.
- All common area utilities.
- All common area maintenance.
- Superintendent Suite.
- Live-in Superintendent.
- Water.

Hydro to each suite is individually metered (not included in condo fees)

Property Taxes

Estimated at 1.25% of the Purchase Price per annum

Occcupancy Date: November 2, 2010

Deposit Schedule

  • 5% of the Purchase Price - with Agreement (10 days to change your mind and be full refunded)
  • 5% - 120 days from Agreement Date
  • 5% - 180 days from Agreement Date
  • 5% - on Interim Closing Date (you can occupy the unit but do not have title and condo is not yet registered)
  • Total Deposit: 20% of the Purchase Price
