When you buy a home and you have an agent representing your best interests it's good to know how your agent gets paid and how you can disengage if you are not satified with their services.

1. You will never pay a cent for my buyer services - no exceptions.
2. You may cancel the Buyer Agreement at any time.
I thought Buyer Agents got paid by the Sellers?
There are circumstances where you may be required to pay your Buyer Agent some commission fees.
You can buy a resale home, a new construction home or condo, an income property, a rural property or farm, a commercial property, vacant land and even a For Sale By Owner and I will still be able to navigate you through all of the obstacles and paperwork and it won't cost you anything because I will ensure that the seller will pay me or I will not get paid.
Don't get to the point of making an offer on your new home, only to discover that you're going to have to pay your agent thousands of dollars more on top of the purchase price of the home because of the legalities of your Buyer Agency Agreement.
Avoid any possibility of paying buyer fees when you hire me to represent you in your home purchase.
